**Eligibility for Refunds:**

You may request a refund within 3 days of your initial subscription purchase. Refund requests made after this period will not be eligible. This policy applies to first-time subscribers only. If you have received a refund before or are on a recurring subscription, you may not qualify for another refund.

**How to Request a Refund:**

To request a refund, please contact our support team at sportlive.cs@gmail.com within 3 days of your purchase. Include your account details and the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your request and get back to you promptly with the next steps.

**Processing of Refunds:**

Once your refund is approved, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

**Exceptions:**

Refunds are not available for partial subscription periods, or for accounts that have violated our Terms of Service. Additionally, if the service or content has already been consumed or used, refunds cannot be issued.
